Dr. R. N. Lahoti College of Nursing was established in 2023 under the aegis of Navodaya Shikshan Krida and Sanskrutik Mandal, Sultanpur. The college offers three nursing programs: B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
The B.Sc. Nursing course commenced in October 2023 with an initial intake of 50 students. In 2024, the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and GNM programs were launched, each with an annual intake of 40 students. Currently, a total of 140 students are enrolled across all programs at Dr. R. N. Lahoti College of Nursing.
The college is governed by the norms of the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), the Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC), and the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The curriculum prescribed by MUHS is fully implemented at the college. The academic program includes theory classes, laboratory sessions, and clinical postings by the standards of MUHS, INC, and MNC.
Dr. R. N. Lahoti College of Nursing boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, including spacious classrooms with modern teaching aids and well-equipped laboratories. The academic team comprises 20 highly qualified and experienced faculty members dedicated to providing quality education and mentorship.

Shriram Multi-Specialty Hospital is a 100-bedded parent hospital located within the same campus as Dr. R. N. Lahoti College of Nursing in Sultanpur. This close integration allows students to gain hands-on clinical experience as part of their daily training.
The hospital features well-equipped medical and surgical wards, ICU and Neuro-ICU, and three modern Operation Theatres. It also houses advanced pathology, microbiology, and radiology departments, with facilities like CT Scan, MRI, Ultra Sonography, Echo, and Digital X-ray.
Students are regularly posted here to develop their clinical skills in a real-time healthcare setting.

With over 40 years of experience as a doctor, I have seen the vital role nurses play in patient care. Inspired by this, I established Dr. R. N. Lahoti College of Nursing in a rural area to provide quality education and a supportive environment for aspiring nurses.
