Employee Grievance Redressal Committee

This committee ensures that all teaching and non-teaching staff are treated with dignity and respect and addresses any complaints or issues they may experience in their workplace.

Functions:

• To provide employees with an easily accessible and fair means of being heard.
• To inform the administration in a systematic way to identify the causes of employee dissatisfaction and to provide a formal mechanism to ensure prompt and equitable responses.
• To positively contribute towards the development of mutual respect and trust between employees and management.
